I have been dying to try something from the Nubian Heritage line. I am a freak for Deep Conditioners. I read some of the reviews online and this specific treatment masque does not have any detangling properties which is ESSENTIAL for natural haired African American sisters. I myself did not have a problem with detangling because I did so in the shower. The smell is QUITE strong. Which is a little off putting but not a deal breaker. Overall a good product. Made my hair soft and smelly ;)

I love this product as a leave-in & styler on my natural hair. I have a mix of 4B/4C and it just melts right into especially when my hair is dry. As far as deep conditioning it does a Great job at strengthen. I just prefer to follow up with another conditioner to make my hair feel a little more softer. The smell of the product is wonderful. That is another reason I had to pick up another jar on top of all the natural ingredients.

This product is probably the best conditioner I've found on my natural hair journey! I use it in conjunction with Shea Moisture Deep Treatment Hair Masque and the results are always amazing. I literally don't have any use for going to the salon for deep conditioning because this product is so effective. I generally either walk around with it under a shower cap for an hour or I use a steamer.

I'm a natural who jut purchased this product 2wks ago and I love it. The Shea Moisture and Nubian Heritage line are really great! So far I have used this product as a leave-in, styling cream and co-washing and it has left my hair soft and moisturized everytime. I'll be trying this as a Deep Conditioning Treatment this weekend. I can't wait to try the other newbies.

This product is great at strengthening the hair, but it didn't do much to moisturize my hair. You will probably have to follow it up with a regular conditioner for slip/moisture. I used the EVOO conditioner for extra moisture.

Nubian Heritage is the sister company to Shea Moisture. I've been using Shea Moisture for at least a year. When I saw this product, I had to purchase it. The ingredients are of excellent quality. After my purchase, I came home and washed my natural tightly curly hair. Then I proceeded to apply the Indian Hemp and Tamanu Grow & Strengthen Treatment Masque. Wow! This will make you a believer. For all of those using Carol's Daughters products with the Monoi oil, this one is a must have. It is ALL natural, which is far better than Carol's Daughter products. I would highly recommend this product. I've since purchased another one.
