Remove nipple from packaging.  If possible remove seal ring from formula cap.  Screw collar/nipple assembly tightly onto bottle.  After feeding, discard or clean for re-use.  To clean, wash with hot water and mild detergent, then rinse clean.  Dishwasher safe (top rack).  For hygiene and safety, replace with appropriate nipples after about 2 months of use.  Ready to use until date printed on inner packs.  After printed date, wash nipple before first use.
