Cleaning: Sanitize spout prior to first use by placing in an open pan of boiling water for 5 minutes, let cool before use. Wash before first use. Disassemble before cleaning. Dishwasher-safe (top rack only) or hand wash in warm water using mild soap. To avoid damage, do not use a nipple brush or similar object to clean the valve. Allow to dry before storage. Heating: Place filled bottle under hot running water or place in a container of heated water. Do not microwave. Do not overheat. Always check temperature on wrist before feeding baby. Always supervise children when eating/drinking. To avoid injury, do not allow child to walk or run with a cup. Do not allow baby to take the bottle or cup to bed or self-feed for long periods of time. Extended contact with milk, formula, juice or other sweetened liquids may cause severe tooth decay. Use sealing disc to prevent leaks when transporting cup or when shaking. Latex and silicone usage: Not for use with pulpy juice, carbonated beverages or hot liquids. If liquid does not flow out the spout, squeeze the tip of the spout to ensure that the slits are open. For hygiene and safety, replace the spout after approximately 3 months of use.
