Mix It Up.  Mix It In.  From 4 Months to 4 Years.  There are so many changes as a baby grows; it's nice to know NurturMeals doesn't have to be on of them.  1 Puree:  Appr. 4-6 Months:  Mix one pouch with 3 to 5 tbsps of breast milk, formula or water to create a puree.  2 Thicker:  Appr. 6-9 Months:  Combine multiple puches for a larger serving size and add less liquid for a thicker texture.  3 Chunky:  Appr. 9-12 Months:  Add less liquid to make a chunkier texture, or try adding into other foods like grains and cereals.  4 Yum!:  Toddler Foods:  Use as a way to incorporate fruits and veggies into toddler favorites like pastas, baked goods and yogurt.  Use the entire contents of pouch after opening.  Prepared food lasts 2 to 3 days refrigerated.  Store in a cool, dry place.
