1. Shampoo hair thoroughly with Nutress protein pack, stop break or jojoba hinoki shampoo
2. After shaking the bottle well, apply an ample amount of wrap guard foam wrap lotion to wet hair
3. Work into hair to create a nice foam and comb. Mold the hair around the head. Set with dryer on hot heat till dry, comb down and style. For molded styles, let air dry
