Directions for safe use:

To flush and irrigate use the orange actuator, tilt head to the side over sink, insert nozzle into nostril as a gentle stream washes nasal passages and flows out the other nostril.

To moisturize, use the white actuator, insert nozzle into each nostril and press to restore moisture to dry nasal passages. Use as often as needed (non-habit forming, non-addicting).
