Pros: new style cuff, dual readings - two people can keep track separate

My old machine was not giving accurate readings. I heard this was the brand to buy. Omron has great products and the pricing through Walgreens on-line was the best deal at the time.

Pros: awesome works well doctor telles me so.

I had sent the last one back after a few weeks the numbers were not right.
With this 10 series it was right from the first time we used it.
Doctor also said this is a good one. There is no other brand i would recommend nothing else . ...

Cons: confusing graphs with software

I was able to set up and use this very quickly. I took it into my medical department at work to ensure it was calibrated correctly and the nurses & machine readings matched each time. Also like the guest mode. I can't figure out the graphs it creates using the software, but it does compile a list I can send my doctor. Even the software was eay to install and start using

Pros: software makes tracking & analysis easy, don't have to write anything down.

Easy to use. Hooked up to my lap top for downloading readings with no problem. Software availailbe at the Omron web site for downloading and viewing data was easy to install. The statistics are insightful including morning, day and evening averages, graphs of all data by day, week, month or "all". Frequency distribution useful. Nice to show heart beats in graphs with BP data. Also show irregular beats if that is useful for your condition. I can't speak to accuracy of readings yet until I take it to Dr's office to compare.
