Cons: not compatible with windows 7

Product is ok, the reporting functions that you purchase is not. Even though the web site says it is compatible with windows vista and above, it does not support widows 7. After talking with thier support, they say it deos not support widows 7. Too bad they do not advertise it on thier site where you purchase the upgrade usb adapter.
