I usually never write reviews for good or bad products. First off [$] are you serious? They should sell this at the dollar store and even that is too much money. I have a toothache and my dentist couldnt see my right away but I needed something fast because the pain was killing me. Got home put this on like other reviewers said lasted a few minutes and that's it. Then they have the nerve to have #1 oral pain reliever on the box, SERIOUSLY #1. When were they number #1? Can't be recently because this stuff is awful. I won't be buying this again. For those of you looking for something to numb the pain I read that clove oil was good which is what I'll be trying. Until then I'm gonna take two advil and pray that those work.

This product helps for about 2 minutes then the pain comes back. the biggest problem is then aggravates the gumes and teeth so the pain gets worse. If you cant see a dentist soon dont use this product. Increases the pain .

I had to wait until the dental insurance kicked in and this product virtually eliminated the pain. It was gentil to my gums and had a barable taste. Its no replacement for a dentist visit but it does help if you can't see one right away. Brush teeth and/or use mouth wash before applying it. A clean application will last you longer. Don't drink much after the application because drinking will wash it off your mouth and the pain will come back.
