I have been usibg thisntoothbrush and removable heads for about 8 yrs and have never had a problem with it, I am nearly &) an have all my teeth an and I attibute it too my bushing wth this tooth brush and flosing every day and flossimg..

Did not fit my Oral B base. It is different from other Cross Action Replacement heads in that it was not a full screw on head. I have never seen this one in the store. Will need to return it. First order online so I need to find out the return policy.

Hard to change brush head

The clip in part of the replacement head will be difficult to remove. It is not like the original which had a push down release clip.
