I don't understand all of the great reviews. I used this and left it on for an hour (as it says you can). Sadly, I have washed my hair twice now and still can't get the residue out of my hair. It is stiff and coated with what feels like wax. I wish I had never used this. I now have to wash my hair every day to try to get it out (I even used the Neutrogena anti-residue shampoo, which is supposed to take all the product out of your hair). It did not help. Bye-bye to my expensive salon color. I would not recommend this. p.s. I have semi-course auburn hair.

What can I say?! This works! While I was transitioning from my perm to my natural hair, I discovered how dry and brittle my hair had become. While visiting my local Sally's, my "sista" recommended this product, it came in a three pack and I bought it. I went home, followed the instructions, rinsed it out and I almost cried! The results were amazing! My hair was soft, had a sheen, very manageable. I couldn't believe it! I did not see any breakage, no shedding and when I ran my fingers through my hair, it was soft and did not feel dry. I flat ironed it and I was pleased. This is a stable for my hair regiment and I will continue to use this! For anyone who has dry hair, this product does the trick. Use it, you will not be disappointed!!!!

I relaxed my hair and I put in the Replenishing Pak. It made my hair soft and it was shiny. I liked it so much I told my son to use it. He was happy too.I was so glad to find out I could buy it seperately from the relaxer.

I haven't used TOO many deep conditioners, but out of those few this was the best. I JUST rinsed it out of my hair and I'm amazed. I'm used to having a waxy or dry feeling after I deep conditioner, but this did the opposite. My hair feels really soft and I SO wanna get the large bottle. The smell reminds me of lemon meringe w/ a hint of orange IDK, that's my opinion. But I love that ORS offers samples. I can't believe I went through my 16 years of life w/o trying these products. They are everywhere, but I would always look past them, but NOT ANYMORE.

it contains harsh ingredients that are not good for natural hair girls like silicones that aren't water soluble. they build up and dry the hair out.
when i used it as a relaxed girl i saw no resuls. when i used it as a natural girls it dried my hair out. i should have read the ingredients first
