Orgran Bread Mix 8 Pack

A convenient versatile mix. Just add liquid and fresh bake in a conventional oven or bread making machine. Will produce a full crusty loaf that you can slice, freeze, toast, and enjoy in the same way as ordinary wheat based bread.

1. Place all ingredients into medium bowl and mix continually on low to medium speed until batter is smooth (3-4 min)
2. Immediately spoon mix into an oiled loaf tin, approx. 22cm x 12cm (9 x 5 inches)
3. Allow to stand in a warm place approx. 15 minutes or until the dough has risen above the top of tin
4. Place into preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes
5. Remove from tin as soon as possible and cool on cake rack for 20 minutes before slicing

1. Place all ingredients into your machine
2. Turn machine on to basic bread (rapid) loaf setting and start cycle
3. When mixing begins use a plastic spatula and scrape four from around the sides to ensure consistent mixing. If the mixing blades in the machine do not reach the sides, use a spatula to assist the dough mixing
4. When loaf is baked, remove from tin as soon as possible and cool on cake rack for half an hour before slicing
