• Step 1: Empty contents of this pack into a bowl and add 170 m: (6 fl oz) water, mix well and let stand for 15 min
• Step 2: Form mix into small balls or patties and fry in at least 2 cm (1 inch) vegetable oil
• Step 3: Drain on absorbent paper towel and serve hot with crisp lettuce, cucumber, tomato or tahini sauce
