Rated 5 out of 5Â by kris64 As I get older, my joints don't have as much natural cushioning. This product helps me not to experience painful/stiff joints in my hands. I will continue to use this product for my needs. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Have tried several brands - I was skeptical that I would notice a diffference in one week - it usually takes a couple of months! I have arthritis in elbows, hips,&knees. Have had arthoscopic surgery to repair torn menicus and have been told arthritis is so severe in both knees that I will probably have to replace them in 3 years! I'm only 57 years old- YYYIIKKES -trying to put this off as long as I can still function - so these pills have really helped! I can run up stairs - going down still difficult but much less pain now - 4 miles on treadmil set to 4.2 is a piece of cake now

I've read many things about products that do this and do that only to read else where that they do nothing or can't be proved. This time the prove is in how "I" feel.
I take many other pills since I had a stroke that have other side effects of which one was my gaining weight... lots of it. Along with the weight gain my knees started aching for what seemed to be various reasons. I thought it was just the weight and my getting older quicker.
I was wrong... I saw this ad on TV and remembered someone telling me about how products similar to this one worked for them. And then I remember dosage information. Who is the dose on the box for? I know it can't be the same for a 130 LB person as compared to a 300 LB person so I doubled the daily dose.
Here I am now just over a week and a half and I don't hurt like I did every day. It may not be the answer to everyone's hurt but it sure is making me feel so much better.

Newer "Advanced" Osteo Bi-flex Products do not work for me. I am 66 years old and I used the original Double Strength Glucosamine and Chondroitin Caplets for 10 years. They provided almost complete relief for knee pain and allowed me to walk regularly 4-5 times a week for 2.5 miles and more. As the original product became scarce, I tried the new product and several competitors. Within a week each time, I would begin experiencing severe pain. Six months ago, I searched the city and bought the last six months supply I could find. I have now exhausted that supply and once again tried Osteo Bi-flex new product. Same result as before. I think someone made a bad mistake.
