I found the product to be of very poor quality for the money. First of all, I could not even get the snap-button from the leg strap undone without a pair of pliers. And the strap is also of very poor quality and so long that I wasn't even able to adjust it using the velcro. I had to tie it because it was so long! And the strap is already starting to tear around the snap button. My advice would be to keep shopping before buying this product.

Was able to functiion normally at work, with usual precautiions associated with a hernia. Support is not too strong or too weak. sort of like holding the affected area with your hand. Anything can be improved, but this supporter does exactly what it is supposed to do.
