Cons: Greasy, Weighs Hair Down, No shine, nasty!!

I have to wash my hair everyday beacuse it gets greasy if I don't, so I need a shampoo that doesn't way my hair down and make it even more oily. THIS IS NOT IT!! this shampoo leaves my roots feeling and looking disguisting! right after washing and blow drying it, it looks like i rubbed grease all over my scalp. If your hair gets oily easy then PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS!

Cons: none!!!

I LOVE Pantene Color Preserve shampoo and conditioner!!! They make my hair shiny, soft, easy to comb thru after washing and the smell is GREAT!!! It also doesn't make my hair oily-and I have oily hair to begin with. I always get compliments on my hair!!! And, I think it extends my "time" to need more highlights by a good month or two!!

I used this only for a little while, so maybe my results are different than others. This did add some shine, but frankly I don't think it made a difference to my coloured hair at all. My hair was very frizzy after and felt dry. Doesn't protect agaisnt humidity at all. Overall I'm dissapointed with the new Pantene's since none of them seem to work, but at least this one added a little shine and cleaned my hair so that's a step up. This is a cream shampoo, so it's a little harder to lather. I suggest getting a trial size or something to use before buying.
