About Threshold Delivery
Your chair will be delivered within the doorway on the first floor of your building or home. If the carton cannot fit through the doorway, then the driver will deliver it to a garage or similar dry area, if available. Threshold delivery service does not permit us to move the chair into a different room or floor, so special arrangements should be made if additional assistance is needed. Please keep the container for any warranty repairs/returns.

Threshold delivery does not include:
