Dispenser directions:  To refill dispenser, just twist open bottom half of dispenser and insert new refill roll.  Snap bottom half securely into place and pull out one bag through dispensing slot.  Use directions:  Pull out bag, insert hand into bag and pick up waste.  Invert the bag turing it inside out and tie.  Dispose of soiled bag properly.
