Checked my cholesterol 3 times in two days.
first day the reading was 175 , day I did two tests within 5 minutes 195 and 207 so fairly close but a lab test at the same time was 144 , so way off. I have experience using blood testing equipment so doubt it was technique.
Needless to say the test is not very helpfull

I purchased this to monitor my cholesterol. The vacuum on the test strips is weak. I followed the instructions and compared my Lab Cholesterol test with this meter. My Lab Cholesterol was 180, and this meter recorded 150. I repeat, I did followed the manufactures guidelines. I was disappointed. Walgreens was GREAT, they allowed me to return the meter. Thank You Walgreens.

I found this a good monitor, it gives a good overview of your cholesterol...and gives you a wonderful early warning system to any possible dangers...it does not register the individual types (LDL, HDL, or Triglycerides)...but if your overal raises past 200...its a good idea to contact a doctor for a full chem screening!

I need to use it twice a day for glucose test and once per two weeks for cholesterol with lower cholesterol medication every day taken. I am getting like it after several care assistance from their customer service

You could obtain glucose result in less than 15 second and cholesterol in 30 seconds by same meter. The only product in U.S market with affordable pricing for all of us mid or low income diabetes and cardiovascular assessement.

I have using it frequently.
I am a diabetes as well as having cardiovascular problem, I could measure glucose and cholesterol at the same time by using same mechine.
I wish I could purchase the new strips at local stores.
