I like the convience of the individual packets, rather than measuring out of a can. My Mom will be 100 years of age in a couple of weeks and we feel that this product has been beneficial to her because she is limited in being able to eat a balanced diet.

If in need of an additional protein source due to an injury that's healing: Low carb / low sugar protein source in a convenient packet. Mixes easily in my oatmeal or fruit juice.

I began using this supplement on the advice of my nutritionist after gastric bypass surgery. My experience has been that it does change the taste of your food very slightly, and for me, the best way I can describe this taste is that it was like a really faint hint of cauliflower - if there truly was no taste, I would have rated this product 5 stars. With that being said, I've found that this supplement works fine in savory dishes and soups, but I found that its faintly odd taste does not lend itself to mixing well into beverages and sweets without being noticeable. You may want to try a small amount of this to sample and experiment before purchasing a large quantity. I've found it works well enough that I now keep the 75-serving single packets on hand. One or two packets a day mixed with my meals makes me feel much more energetic.

since I dont like meat anymore- this is perfect for me, my Dr. was very impressed with this product- could tell a difference after 2 days, using 2 packs a day. I feel so much better. RECOMMEND TO ALL
