Rated 4 out of 5 by jingles good product The first reviewer doesn't understand the purpose of this product This is typically used for those who have swallowing difficulties and need liquids to move slower in the throat so it will not go the wrong way That is why it is thicker than regular juice This product fixes a big problem seen in the popular powdered thickeners in that it doesn't change over time and is more consistent January 9, 2009
