Slowly add contents of packet to liquid while stirring briskly. Stir for 15 seconds. Stir again before serving. Liquid will thicken within 1-5 minutes. Usage: Nectar-like consistency, add one packet to 6 oz liquid. Honey-like consistency, add one packet to 4 oz liquid. Store in a cool, dry place.
