I decided to give this product a chance, thinking everyone was being harsh, but they are all correct. It leaves scarring, it's difficult to use, and irritates the skin. It's pretty much a fancy way of popping blackheads, which we all know isn't good. Don't think it makes it better using a professional tool like me, it'll just make your skin worse. Better off just dealing with them.

THE OLDER ONES COME WITH A LARGER SPOON LIKE OVAL SHAPE WITH A LARGER WHOLE TO EXTRACT THE BLACKHEAD. THIS PRODUCT IS VERY SMALL OVAL SHAPE THAT SCARS THE AREA THAT NEEDS ATTENTION, AND THE OUTER RING AT THE OTHER END RIPS THE SKIN WHEN TRYING TO REMOVE THE PIMPLE/BLACKHEAD. THEY SHOULD GO BACK TO THE OLD STYLE.

It's kinda hard to use if you don't steam your face first... I'll just go back to the pore strips probably... but this is good if you only have like 1 blackhead that's bugging you...

I do like that it can be sanitized, it works ok- especially after facial steaming.
Not going to get all blackheads but it's good to get some!

Have been looking everywhere for the kind with cupped ends, like a tiny spoon with a hole in the middle. I can find them online but nowhere in stores. Thought this tool might be a good substitute but it definitely is not. It is not any more comfortable than using fingers/nails, and actually less effective. I have to press really hard and almost scrape at the skin to fix anything, which is not good and not to mention leaves a huge deep red mark that looks like I got stapled in the face. BAD. seriously, just use your fingers or buy the other kind of tool online... that's what I'm going to do.
