Use on clean lips.
- Apply an even coat of liquid color and wit until completely dry.
- Brush on the glossy topcoat over color. Reapply as desired for softness, comfort and ultimate shine.
To remove: Use Colorstay Makeup Remover or any oil-based makeup remover.
