I'm a little confused about the negative reviews! I just bought this curler after getting really sick of my Covergirl curler - that one always curled my outer eyelashes way more than the rest of my eyelashes, and I had to squeeze *really* hard and hold it there for 10-15 seconds to get the amount of curl I wanted. It also works better than a different, simpler Revlon model I used to have...
With this curler, the curler part is not so curved so it fits my eye shape (personally) MUCH better and curls all my eyelashes evenly, and I literally just have to squeeze and let go and they are super curled, almost straight up, which I like. It must have to do with the mechanics of the spring they have below the handle. I didn't even KNOW eyelash curlers could work this well or this quickly. So pleased.

Cons: Ineffective

I don't know why the company changed the kind of refills they offer. The old white ones were great. These new black ones do not work. They are a waste of money. I hope the company figures this out soon!

Pros: Easy To Use

Cons: does not curl

This curler does not give you a "Dramatic" curl as says. It does not work as great as my Lancome one, but it gives you very little curl if u hold it for more than 5 seconds. its not that great.

Cons: Not that "dramatic" curl

This eyelash curler is great for begginers. If you just want that simple, everyday curel. This is the perfect weapon to do so. The only downfall is that you can't acheive the "dramatic" look with it.

This Product Is Horrible!!

Cons: Not Effective

This Lash Curler does NOT work well. I have tried to curl my lashes on several occasions and the grips meet, and barely bend my lashes. I tried holding the curler clamped over my lashes for more than 60 seconds, but to no avail, my lashes were still straight!!!! This product is over priced and useless! I went back to using my cheap Mabelline lash culer that works 100% better, than this piece of junk. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!!!!
