Pros: sturdy well constructed, great sizing and coverage for adult diapers

Cons: price point could be lower, no color variety

My husband has incontenience and dementia and I wanted something to prevent accidents during doctor visits and occasional outings. The cover up keeps him dry for short to moderate lengths of time (1-3 hrs). Beyond that time period, leaks occur. I've also tried using it for overnight coverage, however, it does not prevent leakage without additional diaper guards . This is a sturdy, well constructed products which holds up well to daily laundering.

Pros: security

I wear these over cloth diapers mainly for bedwetting. The combination works well with no leakage for those of us who sleep on our sides. They are ok for daytime as well
