Cons: Burns, Stings, Doesn't remove all hair, extrasmoothe skin conditioning lotion doesn't work, your upper lip will hurt alot

This product BURNS!!! It has this icky smell and it left my upper lip burning and pinker than pink! And it only removes most of the hair. I'm saying reviewing this product right now seven minutes after using it on my upper lip and IT STILL BURNS!!! I want to wash the "soothing" creme off right now but I'm not sure if it would just make it worse. My skin feels VERY chap and I don't know how I'm going to go to school tomorrow and explain to my friends that my upper lip is pink, stings, burns and is chap because I tried this product. And on the box there is a bullet that says the product will be fast and pain-free and removes hair and moisturizes skin! DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND EMBARRASSED! I will never buy this again!

The product is kind of OK. Does not remove hair completly from the upper lip.Have to use a razor or bleach to completly get rid of all the hair in upper lip.

I just bought this product today. Once I got home i tried it on, it was really simple and easy to understand the directions. I literally had almost not redness or irritation, I only had it for not even a minute after it going away with the soothing lotion. I used the product on my upper lip only and it really did work. I am sorry for the people who had a bad experience with this product, but I didn't. I was scared to purchase this product because of the bad review, but I just went for it and I'm happy with my choice. I really do recommend this product (:

Cons: made hair worse, made more hair grow back, made hair grow back stumbly

i tried this and it removed most of the hair with no pain at all. but 2 days later hair had grown back and even worse and blacker

I used the same bottle for a couple of years which probably isn't the best idea but it always worked like it should and I was very happy with it. Until....I used it on my upper lip (as always) and applied like usual, and then when I wiped it away, it burned like heck, like REALLY burning my skin. It had never done that before. I had an ice pack on my face for hours and then applied ointment and aloe. My top lip was as red as red can be for days and my skin was actually burned and chapped. The only thing I can think of is it finally expired beyond proper usage. I will be buying a replacement tube.

Pros: Smells Great, Cheap, Affordable, Saves time

I have tried other hair remover creams, waxing strips from this brand only. This is the first one I was satisfied with. It smells great. Lotion is very helpful after using the cream. It works for me in 3 to 4 minutes. Time saver. Recommended.
