I am 58 years young and have always had weak, brittle nails. When I learned that cuticle health was the key to strong nails, I purchased Nail Nutrition. After using it now for 3 months or so (once or twice a day), my nails are stronger and healthier than ever. I am actually proud of my hands for the first time in my life!

I bought a bottle of this because my cuticles are always dry and flaky, but I don't always want to apply a heavy duty hand cream because I'm always on the keyboard. I've applied it twice a day for two weeks and they are still dry and flaky. I've tried applying it after soaking my cuticles and this is a little more effective.

Sally Hansen's Nail Nutrition Green Tea + Soy Cuticle Oil is a nice cuticle treatment, if you can't get a hold of a bottle of Solar Oil. I mainly use cuticle oils as a nail/cuticle treatment when I give myself a manicure/ pedicure to soften my cuticles. The Nail Nutrition Cuticle Oil is really easy to apply as it comes in a tube with a long brush. It smells really nice, too! My favorite cuticle oil is Solar Oil and I don't think Nail Nutrition quite stands up to Solar Oil, but it gets the job done. (Solar Oil costs 4 times as much, though!) My cuticles do soften up and the skins around my nail feels softer. Nail Nutrition isn't as long lasting on the nail/cuticle as Solar Oil, so be quick about your manicure once you've applied it! It works just fine as a moisturizer for your nails/ cuticles. I'd recommend this to someone who can't find or doesn't want to pay for Solar Oil.

This is the only product that has allowed me to grow my nails at all. Every time I have tried to grow nails in the past, they have peeled.
I have been a nail biter / cuticle picker for my whole life. At 44, I committed to quitting, and using this product twice a day (at night with white cotton gloves & hand lotion also) has allowed me to stop biting and picking.
