Now I'm usually a very easy going person without many bad things to say. but this time I'll make an exception. It was awful. even after waxing three times on the same spot (changing directions and techniques each time to rule out human error) you can still see and feel hair. It's not that it missed spots, it just missed hair. it would pull one, and leave the two right next to it.... deffinately not what it was advertised to do.

What happened to sally hansen's water soluble version? Went to walgreen's looking for it (a great product!) and accidentally got this. It took away the hair fine but warmed up more slowly, was very sticky and very difficult to remove compared to the water soluble version. It also took off more skin and bloodied pores around bikini line. It didn't come off with water or soap, only the liquid provided in the box and even then difficult to remove. Sticks to everything you touch. I've tried calling sally hansen for 3 days, now, and a recording always says the reps are in "training" and will be available the next day. Yeah, right!

This is the worst wax I have ever used, it pulls the skin along with the hair ... It is a struggle to remove the excess wax and you will fall short of the wax oil that come in this pack and the wax cannot be removed by water or soap.

Sticky, messy & if you get it on the least bit too thick it's going to pull your skin off too! The microwave stuff that doesn't require strips to remove (also by Sally Hansen) works much better and isn't such a mess to clean up.

This product doesn't work that well. It smells good but it does not work as well as the reviews state.
