I used this for the first time today. I had been using a heat cream on my back and it wasn't working. After having this patch on for 10 minutes, the pain and soreness in my back was relieved. It is an awesome product that I will be using again. I am going to stock up on them because I am afraid they will stop making them!

I have used these patch's for many years, and they are the only patch that relieves my pain all day. They are Hot as stated on the package, but it's the heat that helps with the pain. I wouldn't recommened using them 2 days in a row w/out some break in between.
Because they are so hot the patch can leave a little rash, also stated on the package.

MY MOM HAS ARTHRITIS IN HER KNEES AND THESE PADS HELP HER SO MUCH. IT MAKES HER HER TO BE MORE MOBILE. I ALSO USE THEM SOMETIMES ON MY BACK SINCE I SUFFER FROM BACK PAIN AND SPASMS.

I used this product for the first time ever today. I have not had any pain in my ankle since applying this morning. It stays in place and relieves the pain. Great product.

This product was recommended by a friend who uses homeopathic remedies. I tried it for a bachache and I was impressed by its effectiveness. I believe it works better than creams that contain the same ingredient, capsicum.

I love this product. It is very effective. I use to have back pain cause of my work doing massages. I do love this product it ease my pain.
