This is a great shampoo. It's all about ingredients. It doesn't have SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE or SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE. These chemicals are harsh cleaners and in most shampoos. What it does have that your hair needs is Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein and Avena Sativa Kernel Extract.
This shampoo smells good(not strong) and leaves your hair feeling great, full and easy to style! I shampoo twice a week with it. In between, just use conditioner, if your hair needs to freshened up.

I've tried a lot of "thickening" shampoos only to find they leave my hair "fluffy" not feeling thicker, such as Bumble & Bumble and Keratase. But this shampoo REALLY does make my greying hair feel thicker. I also use the "thickening creme" as a leave in condtioner and together, I'm very happy with the results.

I really can't say enough about this product, my hair really knows when I use something different. I have very fine thin blond hair that is completely uncontrollable but with this shampoo, conditoner and thinkening cream, my hair looks amazing, I would say I look like I have at least three times as much hair and it really helps control and keep my hair in place I highly recommend this product.

This shampoo left my hair with a healthy shine. It is very managable. I did get a little lift. I would recommend this to a friend. It does not have a bad smell. It does however have a strong but nice smell.
