2 people say there is no lutein and 1 says there is - the label clearly says that there are 5 mg of lutein, which is 2 1/2 times Bausch and Lomb's PreserVision

My doctor told me to take Lutein for my eyes. This product is great! It is less expensive than most and is from a company that has been around a long time. It also contains Zinc and Beta Carotene, among others.

If you read the list of ingredients you find that there is essentially no lutein. Definitely not a good value.

Pros: Acts Quickly, Simple To Take, Good Value

Cons: Duplicates multivitamins, Too much Vitamin A, Too much Vitamin E

There is an unmeasurable amount of lutein, and too much of other vitamins. If you take a multivitamin, this duplicates too many other vitamins. Especially adds way to much Vitamin A, which is fat soluble. Would prefer a supplement that is Lutein alone.
