Helped me keep calm when I was "nic-ing" and helps me sleep at night naturally, not like some medications. It's non addictive. I have and WILL continue to recommend this to all my friends and family. Tried another brand for a while but this one is much better, I would highly recommend it if you're having trouble sleeping or staying asleep! September 16, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by pirate princess Would never substitute this product I have been using this product for about a year now and am very pleased with the results. You do have to take it early because it might have some lingering effects when you wake up. Finally, I am able to sleep at least 7 hrs at a time which on normal basis is good for me. I don't get up every 1 1/2 hrs anymore. Very good product. Just try it you won't be disappointed just rested as should be. :) March 30, 2010
