I use cloth diapers on my kids so a lot of poo gets dumped into the toilet and often misses the water. This brush has been awesome...I can keep the refills put away in the cabinet out of the kids' reach instead of them playing with the nasty toilet brush sitting out.
The only drawbacks are that even though you get a LOT Of cleaning solution when you use it, you can only use one refill per toilet. If you try to take the brush into a second bathroom, it drips blue stuff which stains toilet seats, floors, etc. Also there is not enough cleaner left in the refill head to clean another toilet.
IMO, worth the money as long as you keep the garbage can very close after use so you don't drip on the way to the trash!
