My daughter has very full, straight, hair. I have tried just about every kind of hair ties...and these are the absolute BEST! They are durable, reusable, and stay securely in hair!
You do have to be careful when you take out the hair tie--it doesn't slide off, so you need to unloop it the same way you out it in. But, that is precisely why the hair ties stay in so well!

I have never written a review about any product until now. I LOVE these! I have really thick hair and any other pony tail holders i used would fall, slide and just not hold my hair together. These stay in place. They do not pull my hair at all.

love these. I have smooth, very fine, straight hair, and traditional elastic ponytail holders (the kind that look like miniature bungee cord elastics) just slide right off my hair no matter how many times I loop them. These silicone ones stay put without having to be overly tight. To take them out, I do not try to slide them off - this invariably will grab 1-2 hairs and pull them out. To remove, I undo the band the way it was put on - one loop at a time. so, it takes a few seconds longer but it's worth it! Wish these came in brown also.

I saw these, a little confused at first, thinking they would be some cool, new designed hair bands that don't pull out your hair but THEY DO. It was the biggest waste of my money and they hurt so bad to take out. The only thing that's good is you never have to redo your ponytail cause they stay in so well, but then it takes you an hour to get out....so it's not worth it.

I have really thick/coarse hair, so I'm used to hair ties falling out and/or breaking in the process of putting my hair up. However, about 4 months ago I bought a pack of these things (14 hair ties) and I've only used 1. Yes! Just 1! I've been using the same hair tie and it hasn't snapped nor is it close to doing so.
I have to agree that when the time comes to take them out they do pull a few hairs out, but I don't mind... In my mind they're well worth the money.
Be warned if you have fine/thin hair that easily tangles, because these probably aren't for you.
