Pros: Clean Teeth, Easy To Use

Cons: Tastes Bad, Too Harsh, Has fluoride, Does not have baking soda, Strong sharp taste

I am waiting for Sensodyne to bring back the baking soda toothpaste, it tastes so much better. My husband & I have used nothing but that for years but now we can't get it so we make due with the type being reviewed. I have researched fluoride and am looking for a toothpaste without it because of the warnings involving it's use. Especially since I have a problem asimulating iodine and fluoride disrupts that process.

Pros: Gentle On Gums, Clean Teeth, Reduces sensitivity

Cons: Squeezing tube difficult

I use twice each day, and like it very much. I began using it after consulting with my dentist regarding an unpleasant sensitivity in one tooth, and the pain gradually disappeared. It does require regular use. It's a good idea not to rinse too quickly after brushing, to give the product a full opportunity to be effective. (Toothpaste tubes are generally awkward, aren't they?)
