Pros: smells great and natural, No chemicals, leaves hair feeling soft

I cannot believe how GREAT Shea Moisture worked on my kinky hair! I was pleasantly surprised after washing my hair at how super soft it was. When they say "moisture", they really mean it. I absolutely LOVE this line of products and plan to continue using it throughout my transition period and beyond.

Pros: soft and manageable, Lovely Scent, All Natural

I have the 4c type of hair that feels like carpet if I use the wrong products. This shampoo is fantastic! My hair smelled great, my scalp was not itching, and it was soft. Using the deep conditioner just made it better. This is what I plan to use periodically instead of using a cleansing cream (co-washing). Please don't stop making or selling this product.

I have to start off by saying this is going to be a biased review, as I'm totally in love with everything Shea Moisture brings to the table as a company.

I've recently started a healthy hair journey and this shampoo is my staple moisturizing shampoo. Its gentle, effective, and the LATHER...OH MAN! That's one complaint you get a lot from sulfate-free poos, they don't lather but this one produces a glorious one.
No animal testing, quality ingredients, does what it says? I highly recommend this.

Pros: does hair wonders

I was trying to find a shampoo that was organic and didn't have all of that stuff like sulfates and parabens in it. This is the best shampoo for my hair ever. I instantly makes your hair soft and manageable, with one wash! After that I was hook no other shampoos for me!
