Pros: natural, great for relaxed hair, Great ingredients, Moisturizes, Shine

Cons: elixer can be oily. use sparingly, smell is just ok

I don't have natural hair. My hair is relaxed and i was looking for great products to help reconstruct and moisturize my hair, because i feel like my hair was shedding too much and didn't look healthy. I tried the restore line of the Shea Moisture and overall its good for relaxed hair. The shampoo and conditioner work great and the masque is nice. the only thing is the elixer can be a little overbearing and greasy. it does have a distinct smell, but you can get used to it. use sparingly because a spray goes a long way. helpful hints include, spraying a few sprays and setting hair as normally, then getting under the dryer for the ultimate moisturiztion. i will probably continue to use this product. and we'll see how my hair starts to respond.

bad ingredients

Cons: synthetic

I was reading the ingredients (in fine print by the way) and it said Isopropyl Myristate. I did some research and found that it is a synthetic ingredient that clogs pores. I want to go all natural so I'm gonna ditch this stuff.

This stuff is amazing!

I wasn't too sure about this product, but I'm happy that I purchased it! My hair glistens after I use this product. I use it mainly with twist-outs. I highly recommed this if you're looking to add shine to dull or dry looking hair.
