Ladies and Gents, I'm lost for words! This Elixir Spray is the best oil I've ever used because It makes my curls POP, has an awesome scent, gives my hair lots of body, moisture, and shine, and literally seals/coats each hair follicle; eliminating all traces of frizz. My hair texture is 3B/3C which is very curly and thick so I have to use products that weigh my hair down so that it doesn't become frizzy. I also love the fact that this oil doesn't cause shrinkage to my hair. This oil works wonders for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th day curls to style my hair without having to add water or co-wash my hair every day.
The only products I've been using on my hair for the past couple of months is Shea Moisture's Shampoo, Conditioner, Souffle, and Elixir Oil Spray. Because these products are so natural, you won't need to co-wash or wet your hair every day because it doesn't entail alcohol and other product building ingredients that causes hair to become unmanageable and unable to style without wetting or washing. I would not highly recommend this product for people who have thin or fine hair because it is a little heavy and will weigh the hair down. I on the other hand love products that weighs my hair down because I have so much curly, thick hair- similar to actress, Tracey Ross.
Overall, this Elixir is a must have for me- I just wish that Shea Moisture carried it in a larger bottle.

This product has to be used in moderation or it will clog your pores and over-oil your scalp.
I didn't really notice any significant results with this product so I stopped using it. I also didn't feel the amount was very good for the expensive price.

The bottle wasn't sealed very well. So there was some oil residue in the box. :-( I didn't find this to be extra special. Just some blended oils. Didn't find it to do anything to really strengthen my hair.

This oil blend is very oily oil...ha!
I like it. I can see thicker, damaged hair soaking this elixir in and falling in love; however, it tends to overwhelm my fine, undamaged strands. I literally only need a teensy, baby spray on each section of my hair to achieve maximum sealing effects with shine and gloss for days. I balked at the price for such a small container, but considering the potency of the elixir, a little goes a long way and the container will last a very long time. Additionally, when using this, I use half as much leave-in and only a fraction of a styler, if I use a styler, at all.
Now, the scent...eh. It's the basic shea scent. Nothing exotic, floral, or even remotely special. So, I tend to use this when I use one of my more fragrant leave-ins or stylers. I like my hair to smell nice.
