Maneuvers easily and good value at the sale price. Fast delivery and easy to set up. Used by an elderly man at a retirement community. Works well inside and hasn't been used outside or transported in a vehicle. I think an elderly person would need assistance to load into a vehicle.

How can I thank you for giving me my freedom back? For quite a while I was unable to walk my dog, in the mornings or evenings. In fact, any walking was a challange. Now, I'm out & about & I love it!! It really is a thrill to be out again. I love my scooter!!!! The only people that will understand what I'm talking about, are the ones that have lost their ability to walk without assistance.

For my needs it is perfect. It has enough power good looking,fantastic price, may not be as fancy as some but has the essentials. Basket is very handy, swivel seat is very helpful to get in & out. Very safe to start up & stops right away she you take your hans off the grips to hold on to for steering and going forward turns i a nice small radius. Fits easily in trunk of our car. (Sedan) Great that battery comes out to charge & easy folding to put in trunk. Red color very nice as well

Have had my Hero Scooter for only a short time but I am impressed with its performance and portability. In under two minutes, I can take it out of my trunk and have it assembled.
One of the reasons I did not rate it a Five in Overall Rating was that it is missing the more padded seat back and pouch that was included on older models. After calling the factory, I was told that the better seat back was no longer available.
A second was the warning not to operate this scooter in the rain or wet conditions. Again, I was told by Tech Support that the reason for the warning was that the control box on the handle could allow water to enter and blow a fuse or short out the components. Also was told that it wasn't good for the motors to be run thru water. I asked the tech what I was supposed to do if caught out in a sudden downpour? He agreed that it was a Catch-22 situation.
