Your baby's health depends on carefully following the directions for preparation and use. This formula is ready-to-feed. Ask your baby's doctor if you need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples, and rings before use (bottles, nipples, and rings not included). Wash your hands, surfaces, and utensils. Shake very well before each use. Remove protective band; twist off and clean cap. Invert cap and place on foil seal. Press down to pierce foil, then turn cap a half turn. Lift and throw away foil. Pour formula into the bottle. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. Storage: Prepare and feed all formula from the quart bottle within 3 days after opening. Once opened, store quart bottle in refrigerator. Once prepared, store bottles in refrigerator and feed to baby within 48 hours. Store unopened containers at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Do not reuse container. Use by date on bottle. Do not add water.
