Our child has a food dye allergy and it's difficult to find products that will not cause more of a problem because of the dye when all they are supposed do is provide relief for a problem... This product works, is dye free, and has a taste that our child is O.K. with. (She doesn't like medacine, but she will ask for Similasan Cough Relief when she can't get rid of a cough) August 24, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by mommylena love this product This product has no added flavor. Great bonus since my son hates grape flavored anything! And all meds seem to be grape flavored! It tastes like sugar water. Yes, I tasted it... had to make sure I would not be wearing it!! Works fast to supress cough, too. I am thankful for the people at Similasan who created a seriously good tasting medicine that actually works, so I don't have to force it on my son. Or find "creative" ways to trick him into drinking it. Only thing I don't particularly enjoy is the heavy glass bottle it comes in but won't stop me from using or buying again. April 22, 2012
