1. Remove HydroGel Pad from foil wrapper.
2. Separate HydroGel Pad from thin plastic liner.
3. Apply HydroGel Pad onto nipple with gel side down, making sure the fabric exterior goes against clothing. You will notice an immediate cooling sensation upon contact.
4. Before breastfeeding, remove the HydroGel Pad and save it on the plastic liner or another clean surface.
5. Clean and dry breast before breastfeeding.
6. After breastfeeding, HydroGel Pad can be reapplied.
7. Discard HydroGel Pad if   it becomes cloudy or dirty. Reusable within 24 hours.
