I have suffered from problems with sinus drainage my whole life, which has required a number of products: saline spray, decongestants and sinus relief capsules. But none of them actually helped me to eliminate the "gunk" in my sinuses. In the past I have used a neti pot, but found it to be messy and only marginally effective. This product has noticeable and almost immediate benefits, to bring out what is clogging your sinuses. The only "mess" is wiping the excess salt water off of your face. Unlike a neti pot, the pressurized salt water does not feel like an irritant.

I have always had problems with allergies and stuffy nose. I use the Simply Saline twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening) and I breathe easily all day! Think this is better than the neti pot!
