Shake well. Add 1 oz (2 tablespoons) of Simply Slender Master Cleanse premixed concentrate to 8 oz of water. You may use more or less water to taste. Drink 8 times each day. Also enjoy light meals, consisting of only fruits & vegetables, at anytime throughout the day. We recommend you do no exceed portion sizes larger than the palm of your hand at any one time. Refrigerate after opening. If desired, drink additional water or herbal caffeine-free teas at any time. As with any effective diet cleansing program, we recommend you stay away from nicotine, caffeine, large quantities of vitamins, alcohol, drugs & other pollutants or unwanted toxins. Contains gentle natural laxative, but in the unlikely even you experience constipation, you may wish to try a milk laxative tea. As with any weight loss program, best results are obtained when used in conjunction with exercise & a reduced calorie diet.
