I was skeptical about this product when I purchased it, but no over-the-counter pain relievers helped my headaches so I was pretty desperate. After going to the doc to ensure I didn't have some life-threatening illness, I decided to give this a shot. Helpful hint number one: Make sure you SHAKE THE BOTTLE! Every time! The first five to ten seconds after using this product ranged from somewhere between a mild burning sensation to an inferno inside my head. It quickly fades though, so no worries! After enduring that nice little pick-me-up, (and you basically have no choice but to continue at that point given you've just sprayed it up your nose), within the next couple of minutes, my headache was either gone completely or lessened to the point where I could go on about my day and not think about it for a few hours. It can be used as often as needed, so even if your headache outlasts the relief you get from a single dose, you can just use it again. I've actually purchased more bottles to give to my friends, and all but one has experienced headache relief. So yes, I'd give this product the thumbs up.
