This product is NOT worth the money and really not worth owning. I haven't even had the machine for 6 months and already it has quit working. As a chronic sinus sufferer, I must have a reliable irrigator as I MUST irrigate every day. Having to deal with Steph and MRSA, has made irrigation mandatory in order to keep my sinus health from being compromised. I assure you, this irrigator is NOT worth the money. I am sorry I took a chance on this brand.

Little noisy and seems to be a decent enough product, but I would save yourself the money and just buy a Neti-Pot or 2.

High quality. Easy to use. Easy to store on wall mount. Breathing easier since using it. Very glad I bought it.

If you like a neti pot, you will find this to be even more effective, & extremely easy to use.

This is a good product. I don't see any issues with leaks like some have said elsewhere. I have to say, the 'pulsing' really doesn't gain anything that I can tell, but it still gets the job done. It has helped me reduce my snoring significantly, my wife no longer has to leave the room to sleep, which is huge to me. I do a daily rinse, about ½ hour before going to bed, and its been worth every penny.
