Little noisy and seems to be a decent enough product, but I would save yourself the money and just buy a Neti-Pot or 2.

Cons: the on/off switch is a little awkard to access/use, when trying to stop the machine half way thru, a bit messy to use but what can ya do

This is a good product. I don't see any issues with leaks like some have said elsewhere. I have to say, the 'pulsing' really doesn't gain anything that I can tell, but it still gets the job done. It has helped me reduce my snoring significantly, my wife no longer has to leave the room to sleep, which is huge to me. I do a daily rinse, about ½ hour before going to bed, and its been worth every penny.
