Take 1 to 2 scoops (1 to 2 servings) two times daily.  Take 1 serving preferably before bed.  Mix each scoop with 10-12 ounces of skim milk or water.  Do not exceed 4 scoops (4 servings) in a 24-hour period.  Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.  Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.  Tip:  Try blending with ice, your favorite fruit, juice, peanut butter or anything else you enjoy for a delicious smoothie.  Store in a cool, dry place (60°F to 80°F).
