Follow plan & lose weight.

Two years ago my husband, two sons and I started this diet 6 months before we went on a cruise. I started at 198 and the day we left weighed 147. My husband and 24 year old son lost 60+ lbs. My 22 year old only had 20 lbs to lose and did that in 5 weeks. You need to eat 1st cookie of the day within 30 minutes of waking up and eat a cookie every 2 hours. We cheated occasionally but went right back on. When we hit our goals we went down to 3 cookies a day and maintained our weight. I don't get the person that said costly. Every diet is costly but we never paid more then $7 per day, $49 per week. Write down what you pay for all the food you eat in a week off the diet and you will see the savings. These cookies are all natural & have all the food groups in them your body needs. No they don't taste like cookies, but you are eating healthy and aren't hungry while losing weight. It's simple to follow and you will definitely lose weight. Our family gene's are heavy weights. We will be dieting our entire life. With these cookies we have the means to fall off the diet and get right back where we want to be.

You can't find this value at a local Smart for Life location. This is ideal for the serious minded dieter. Who is ready to change their life. Great taste, great value and lose the weight in no time at all. Sweet rewards! I was able to lose 50 pounds with out being hungry all the time and with out breaking the bank.

Love this diet I'm 73 & have been on the" cookie" diet since Feb. 2011 Oatmeal cookies are the best shakes a very good
have lost 23 # now on every other day ~~ I still miss toast & have it !!

This was the worse tasting cookie I have ever tried. After 3 days, I could no longer make myself eat another bite. Don't waste your money. Did not lose a single pound. Gave to boyfriend to try. Didn't work for him either. Don't waste your money.
